Doxy Enhances Warranty Policy with Extended Coverage - This extension demonstrates Doxy's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Starting August 1st, 2024, Doxy is introducing a new 2-year warranty for products registered within 30 days of purchase. The customer must register their product at this website https://doxymassager.com/product-warranties/ for the warranty to be extended. If the product is not registered it reverts back to the 1-year warranty.
1. Warranty Claims: Direct all warranty-related issues to the Doxy customer service team. Doxy will handle replacements or repairs directly help@doxymassager.com. If the customer has not registered they can still claim the 1 year warranty via the retailer.
2. Registration for Existing Products: Products already in the market without the new warranty card can still be registered via Doxy's website within 30 days of purchase https://doxymassager.com/product-warranties/ .
