Simply place one of the rubber rings over the opening shaft of the pump and place it onto the teat. Squeeze the pump ball softly and experience how the vacuum makes the nipple swell! Pump gently until the nipple is fully erect, then roll the ring onto your nipple, so it will keep it's firmness.
